Team President

During this season, I led a team of 15+ engineers to design, build and program a 24" and 15" robot. I also spearheaded the mechanical design of the 24" robot including a four-bar lift, over-center locking pneumatic clamps, conveyor uptake, drivetrain packaging, and PID position with odometry localization for globalized autonomous routines.

Innovate Award at World Championships

The robot earned the Innovate Award at Worlds and ranked third in qualification rounds. The team was recognized for implementing an innovative design especially given the resources we had to work with. More importantly for me, it became the clearest example of mechatronic integration: mechanism design, controls, team leadership, and real competition support in one project.
