Rotations
Two manufacturing engineering rotations split into separate project narratives. The 2023 rotation covers tooling, ultrasonic welding, QA fixtures, and process development; the 2024 rotation expands into machine redesign, metrology, robotics, line moves, and production troubleshooting.
2023 Co-op Rotation
Designed and deployed production tooling and automation across multiple cell lines, including precision-machined assembly fixtures, an ultrasonic welding system, and automated QA inspection equipment.
2024 Co-op Rotation
Led continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production lines, owning root cause analysis, yield optimization, and full-line debugging across robot, vision, and PLC systems. Mentored other co-ops and drove data-driven process improvements from fixture redesign through automated inspection.
